ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes! Fortunately we are in a position to still be able to get your orders delivered during this time. 

Our team are still hard at work, getting your lights prepped and ready to be shipped - maintaining social distance of course and adhering to strict hygiene controls!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be fulfilled and dispatched that day. You can then expect delivery within 1 - 3 days from the day of dispatch. 

All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. 

Please note the courier will not pick up orders on a Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 1pm on a Friday it will be dispatched on the Monday. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your order's departure and will be able to monitor its journey from us to you.

DO YOU ANTICIPATE DELAYS?

The advice from our Courier Partner, Courier Post is that we may experience delays. If there are delays you'll be able to see these via the track and trace portal. You can sign up for either email and/or phone updates so you will always be updated on where your order is.
