My item is faulty?

How do I connect my lights?
To connect your lights, ensure you have removed the end cap from one set and removed the plug (unscrew it from the connector) from the other set. Simply ensure that the pin & grooves at the end of each string are correctly aligned. If still unsure, watch this short clip. Click Here
How do I return an item?
Simply get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will email you our returns form.
Are returns free?
Returns are made at your cost. Simply return your order to us via any service which offers proof of postage. We recommend you use a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Have you received my return?
If you’ve returned your order and your refund hasn't come through as expected, call us straight away (0800 300 411) or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll put things right.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund. It can take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, so sit tight and, if in doubt, give us a call on 0800 300 411 or get in touch via email email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.
I can't seem to get my solar lights working?

Do the solar lights have automatic sensors? Will they turn on automatically and turn off once the sun rises?
Yes that is correct. All have built in sensors so you just let the sun do the work during the day and watch them glow and night. They will automatically turn off once the sun rises. If you want to manually turn them off, you can do that too.
I think I may need an extension cable. Do you sell these?

Are the bulbs in your festoon sets replaceable?
Yes all the bulbs across both the mains powered and solar powered festoon sets can be replaced.
